Choose Like Buddha is a mindfulness application that helps users practice calm decision-making through quizzes, AI-powered guidance, breathing exercises, and food awareness tracking. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Account

To use the App, you must create an account using Apple Sign-In, Google Sign-In, or email. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free plan (“Free Path”) and a paid subscription plan (“Enlightened Path”).

The Enlightened Path is available at $4.99 USD per month, billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Ask Buddha feature provides responses generated by artificial intelligence, inspired by Buddhist teachings. These responses are for personal reflection and educational purposes only.

AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or religious advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated response. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the content provided by the App.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data
  • Abuse, exploit, or manipulate the AI features in ways that violate these Terms
  • Use the App to generate harmful, abusive, or inappropriate content
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, design, graphics, quizzes, and AI-generated responses, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the App without our written permission.
